Part 3a report :

                                                                     THE STATE OF CALIFORNIA :

  As things stand now: .... still seeing the sights of this intense new weather storm which again heads for the Central America territory and making it's intentions as well as it's presents known to all who  live at the upper Eastern Pacific side of the West Side United States country.
I expect more high risks for earthquake hazard to the Gulf of California island waters coming from all this weather storm action about to enter shore land sight.
The underground movement coming from this action will arise intensity levels for further earthquake hazard to the entire west side shore land and shore line areas during this event in progress. So ... further underground movement will continue on traveling north direction heading alone the west side California state area reaching to , that more quake hazard hot spot area which is just north west off shore of California state.
** It's a 5.0 plus quake magnitude stage level and in a 65% risk factor status for time being.
There are yet other remaining locations at the west side of California, where also has a quake hazard risk during this time period coming from this weather storm action alone. Here are just some of many....

** From National City heading to Long Beach and then from there heading further north to Lompoc it's a 5.0 plus quake magnitude stage level for all land and off shore area from this point to point range. There is a 65% rate for a quake this size occurring to any area found with in the location area.
** From Lompoc heading to San Fransisco Bay on land and off shore it's a 5.0 plus quake magnitude stage level to any more quake hazard area of a 3.0 magnitude range or high in the past. There is a 65% rate for a quake occurring at this magnitude level found with in this range for time being.
** Cloverdale: ... has a 5.0 quake magnitude stage level and in a 65% plus of a quake appearing at this level for time being. This area has a extreme level of quake making action. Heads up. Even small magnitudes, when at a consistency of 80% in occurring makes this 5.0 magnitude stage level in tact.

** For the entire Northern area of California places of: Yreka, Tulelake, Alturas, Doris and Willow Ranch area all in a 4.0 quake magnitude stage level with a 65% rate of occurring. This basically say's... from Redding California heading north direction to any area from here will be in this range indicated as well as Redding it's self.
** The entire Central area of California has a 4.5 plus quake magnitude stage level and in a 65% plus rate for occurring at this range to any more quake hazard area found with in this location area.
** The entire remaining Southern area of California has a 5.5 quake magnitude stage level to any quake hazard greater occurring area and in a 65% rate of a quake appearing at this level for time being.

      [ As a reminder: ... this comes just from the weather storms we will soon be receiving as it is ] .

** The east side south point area of Needles heading north direction to Mammath Lakes area has a 5.0 quake magnitude stage level and in a 65% rate of occurrence to any hot spot quake hazard area found with in this location.
** From Mammath Lakes heading north direction to South Lake Tahoe it's a 5.0 quake magnitude stage level and with a can happen status factor being... Reno Nevada has several small quake magnitudes occurring to the surrounding area and in a continuous progress.
** From here heading further along the east state border area reaching to Alturas and passing through places like: Susanville, Madeline and Likely it's a 4.5 plus quake magnitude stage level with a 65% risk factor for time being.

*** Also in affiliation with all this occurring soon at our door step will be more forcing of underground movement gaining intensity levels passing through all 4 quake path routes currently in action. The underground movement is again taking on the north direction travel pattern of it's own usual already made travel course pattern. There is a repeated destination attempt in reaching Mount Saint Helen volcano area located in Washington state.  3 of 4 quake path routes which have been acting in making further attempts of also engaging actions of earthquake volcanic eurption coming from this volcano in the near future.
Quake Path 4 route has been effecting our mid and lower mid states as this movement continues at times during more aggressive periods occurring at the base area, where all these quake path routes reside.  Until next update....
